Thank you for the opportunity you have given me to live at Homes Giving Hope.
It was a great first experience to live independently.
I have grown so much (and so have my parents!)
One thing I have learned is how to manage and take care of a pet. I love Ryder (emotional support dog from Paws with a Cause) and will miss him.
I have gotten better at cooking and doing home chores independently. Another area I have grown in would be communicating with my roommates. I have really enjoyed having meals and devotions together. .
My parents felt comfortable letting me live independently because you provided a safe place at Homes Giving Hope.
Again, thank you for all you have done for me and those you will continue to help along their journey towards independence.
